Importance Of Interview

Since the interview is the final stage of any exam, its significance is debatable. This is the main stage that leads up to your Dream Post. However, in preparation for the interview, the interview is slightly neglected compared to the pre-examination and the main examination. No matter how good you are in the main exam, whether you get a class 1 post or Class 2 or none, it all depends on the quality of your interview. This interview stage, which has the highest score in the shortest period, is very important.

Interview Techniques

The technique of interviewing is not a technical subject, it is a built-in art. It is an art that can be easily understood. Interview- this word is a combination of two English words. INTERVIEW = Introspection + Visualization. The Interview panel wants to peek into you, and figure out your personality. It would be wrong to assume that the Interview is based on knowledge. Keep in mind, your general knowledge is good which is why you are selected and facing the interview. But by examining your opinions based on questions, your circumstances, your presence of mind, your decision-making, and so on, you can test the various aspects of your personality to test whether you can be effective as a calibre favourite, competent officer.

Interview Preparation

What exactly does preparing for an interview mean? This is a question of persecution for good people. Many people come to the books of current affairs in the market and start reading them. Some people meet those people who have already given an interview. Some print out your profile and start preparing for what factual questions will be asked. But such preparation has no end. This kind of preparation increases tension, not confidence. Because more factual information is equal to the maximum confusion. Perhaps this method can be used when preparing Objective questions; their confusion in your factual data can downplay your confidence at times if the cross question would be asked to you. This may not always apply to everyone, but such preparation is not expected.

"It is not enough to give your BEST, but it is required to do what is required." Then the question remains: What to expect when preparing for an interview? So it is to be expected that Introspection means introspection; Self-examination of qualities and defects in your personality. And practice visualization by answering the question by asking them what they will ask you about the information you are sitting in front of the Interview Panel. The Interview Panel is not prepared for the interview, but the interviewer is preparing for the interview. Therefore, the panel does not consider the underlying questions, they ask questions about the information the interviewer gives. Because if not, everyone would have been asked the same question. Another important thing is to keep some information about those who are the chairmen and members of the Commission in advance. Because they always ask you 2-3 questions about your favorite area of work. E.g. which is your favourite player? (If your area of interest is sports and the panel member also likes sports.
