Caring about yourself is not selfish it is what a normal person should know before knowing that we should think about others before ourselves. But how can we think about our self before others?

The question which is so normal to pop up in mind and then we come again to the point of being selfish with ours. As a part of our growing self, we become our less priority. So let`s peek at our self and make ourselves our topmost priority. Here go some of the self-care routines.


SELF-CARE CHECKLIST:-

  • Get 7-9 hours of sleep.

  • Shower and get dressed.

  • Meditate or pray.

  • Physical activity.

  • Practice gratitude.

  • Journal.

  • Eat a well-balanced diet.

  • Read.


But it really sounds like a boring daily routine, we really know what a well functioned brain we have so we obviously can make something interesting in our daily life.


There`s a saying:- “You can`t pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first”.
