What is burnout, exactly?
Burnout syndrome is the psychological and emotional condition experienced by many high-achieving professionals. It causes many of them to feel drained mentally and emotionally as they tackle seemingly unending projects that they view as pointless. These individuals can begin to experience reduced productivity and a high likelihood of burnout starting soon after.
Burnout syndrome, a stress-related ache, can be debilitating and difficult to diagnose. Symptoms of burnout include difficulty concentrating, anger, tiredness, depression, insomnia, and feelings of failure or insignificance. Burnout at school or college
It’s easy to get burnout at school or college. You’re working hard, studying hard, participating in extracurricular activities, and giving your best effort every day. But sometimes, it’s hard to see the outcome of your actions.
